Job Description:
- Develops and establishes department technical standards and procedures in compliance with ITIL/PMP/Agile.
- Serves as project manager and business coordinator while working with various organization components/user leads to provide complete applications support.
- Technically ensures quality software, IT strategy compliant, reliable information, and stable applications for mission-critical company functions.
- Responsible for the design, development, architecture of application.
- Lead change management and develop training materials that can suit different types of users.
- Manage Office365 adoption projects and related communication
Qualification and Experiences:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent with an information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering major.
- Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in end-user or solution provider environment preferably with techno functional knowledge.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint, .Net, VB.
- Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, and AI-powered productivity platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Claude, ChatGPT, or equivalent enterprise AI solutions.
- Familiarity with AI governance, data privacy, security, and responsible AI usage in an enterprise environment will be an added advantage.
- Exposure to AI-enabled business solutions, intelligent automation, AI assistants, chatbot development, enterprise search, or workflow optimization will be an added advantage.
