Join OSM Thome as 2nd Officer on a Platform Supply Vessel (PSV) operating offshore in the United Kingdom. You will support safe navigation, cargo operations, and deck activities while working in a professional and safety-focused team.
- Key responsibilities:
- Assist the Chief Officer with navigation, watchkeeping, and passage planning
- Stand bridge watches and ensure safe vessel operations at all times
- Assist with DP operations, cargo runs, and deck/PSV supply work
- Monitor safety equipment and support onboard safety drills
- Prepare and update logbooks, checklists, and navigational documents
- Requirements:
- Valid 2nd Officer / OOW (II/1 or II/2 as applicable) CoC
- Previous offshore/PSV experience preferred
- Valid STCW certificates and offshore medical
- Valid DP FULL (unlimited) certificate
- Good English communication skills
- Strong safety mindset and ability to work in a mixed-nationality crew
