 Working Hours: 30 hours per week (flexible according to academic schedule)


About the Opportunity

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Legal Intern to join our Legal team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a broad range of legal matters, including civil, labor, administrative, criminal, data privacy (LGPD), contract management, and compliance activities.

The selected candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders, external law firms, and the Personnel Administration team, supporting legal operations in a dynamic corporate environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Legal Department in daily administrative and operational activities.
  • Monitor legal proceedings, court deadlines, notifications, and case updates.
  • Assist in contract review, analysis, and preparation of standard legal documents.
  • Maintain legal records, databases, and document management systems.
  • Support labor-related activities in partnership with the Personnel Administration team.
  • Assist during inspections and audits conducted by regulatory authorities.
  • Manage hearing schedules and coordinate relevant case information.
  • Help gather documentation, evidence, and witness information for ongoing litigation.
  • Support compliance investigations, reporting processes, and confidential matters.
  • Ensure proper organization and maintenance of legal and corporate documentation.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.), preferably from the 7th semester onward, with graduation expected in at least one year.
  • Active Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) Internship License.
  • Basic knowledge of Civil, Labor, Criminal, and Administrative Law.
  • Understanding of procedural deadlines and legal processes.
  • Advanced English proficiency, including reading, writing, and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to confidentiality.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.
  • Knowledge of Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD).
  • Familiarity with Personnel Administration and Labor Law routines.
  • Experience with legal management systems and deadline tracking tools.
