- Key responsibilities:
- Bridge watchkeeping and safe navigation
- Assisting with voyage planning and updating charts and publications
- Participating in cargo operations and tank inspections as required
- Overseeing safety equipment and contributing to onboard safety routines and drills
- Maintaining logs, records, and reports as per company and flag state requirements
- Supporting the Master and Chief Officer in daily shipboard operations
- Requirements:
- Valid 2nd Officer / OOW (Deck) license meeting STCW requirements
- Previous experience on tankers, LNG experience preferred
- Valid tanker / LNG endorsements and STCW safety courses
- Good English communication skills
- Strong safety mindset, teamwork attitude, and willingness to work worldwide
