Join OSM Thome as an Electro Technical Officer (ETO) on LPG/Ethylene/Ammonia tankers trading worldwide. Be part of a professional crew, keeping all electrical and electronic systems safe and running smoothly.
- Key responsibilities:
- Maintain, troubleshoot and repair all electrical and electronic equipment onboard
- Look after power generation and distribution systems
- Support safe cargo operations and tank equipment from an electrical/automation side
- Carry out planned maintenance and keep correct technical records
- Work closely with the Master, Chief Engineer and deck/engine teams on daily operations
- Requirements:
- Valid ETO CoC and all required STCW certificates
- Sea experience as ETO, preferably on LPG/Ethylene or other tanker vessels
- Strong knowledge of marine electrical, electronic and automation systems
- Good English communication skills
- Fit for duty with valid medical
