- Key responsibilities:
- Assist with mooring, unmooring, and anchoring operations
- Carry out routine deck maintenance, chipping, painting, and cleaning
- Wash down decks and keep working areas clean and safe
- Stand lookout and assist on bridge when required
- Handle cargo equipment and assist with cargo operations as directed
- Follow all safety procedures and instructions from officers and Bosun
- Requirements:
- Valid STCW certificates for Ordinary Seaman
- Previous experience on tankers preferred, crude oil tanker experience is an advantage
- Valid seaman’s book, medical certificate, and tanker familiarization
- Good English communication skills
- Fit for sea service and willing to work worldwide
