- Key responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Provide professional, friendly service to all passengers
- Maintain bar stock, requisitions, and inventories
- Keep bar and surrounding areas clean, safe, and well organized
- Handle cash and card payments accurately
- Follow shipboard safety, hygiene, and company standards
- Requirements:
- Previous experience as a bartender, preferably at sea or in hospitality
- Good English communication skills
- Strong customer service attitude and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of basic and classic cocktails and bar service
- Valid seafarer documents and medical certificate, or willingness to obtain
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, shift-based shipboard environment
