Master (CPT) or Chief Officer ready to be promoted needed for self-offloading general cargo ship with valid Pilot Exemption Certificate for Norway.
We are looking for an experienced Master (CPT) or Chief Officer (promotion ready), holder of PEC for Norway to sail on an self-offloading general cargo vessel trading in Norway. You will have full command of the vessel, crew, and operations, ensuring safe and efficient voyages in coastal waters.
Job Information
- 12,000 USD consolidated monthly (can be negotiated with the right candidate).
- Duration of contract: 2 months on/off.
- Joining date: ASAP.
Qualification / Requirements / Competence
- Experienced Master on similar position with FULL PEC for Norway or Experienced C/O willing to be promoted with valid FULL Norwegian PEC certificate on hands. PEC is required from Bergen to Swedish border.
- Strong coastal navigation experience, preferably in Norwegian waters.
- Valid STCW certificates and medical fitness.
- Good English communication skills; Scandinavian language skills are an advantage.
