Set sail with OSM Thome on a passenger ocean cruise vessel in the Mediterranean. We are looking for dedicated seafarers for an “Other” onboard role, supporting smooth daily operations and delivering a safe and pleasant experience for guests and crew.
Key Responsibilities
- Read, understand, and comply with all Company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Maintain professional appearance standards, including wearing the prescribed uniform and identification badge in accordance with Company standards.
- Participate in all required safety training, drills, and emergency procedures.
- Carry and understand personal emergency assignments as outlined in the Muster List.
- Perform assigned emergency duties in accordance with shipboard emergency procedures.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the Company’s mission, values, and service standards.
- Maintain professional conduct and promote a respectful and harassment-free working environment.
Requirements
- Previous seagoing or cruise ship experience is an advantage
- Valid seafarer documents and medical fitness certificate as per STCW
- Good command of English, spoken and written
- Strong teamwork attitude and willingness to follow instructions
- Customer-oriented mindset and readiness to work in a busy environment
