Join OSM Thome as 2nd Officer on a PSV operating offshore Luanda, Angola. You will support safe navigation and daily deck operations, working closely with the Master and Chief Officer in a professional and international team.
- Key responsibilities:
- Keep safe navigational watch and assist with passage planning
- Operate and monitor bridge equipment and navigational aids
- Assist with DP operations as required
- Oversee deck crew in cargo and supply operations
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and company procedures
- Participate in drills, inspections and maintenance routines
- Requirements:
- Valid STCW II/1 or II/2 license suitable for 2nd Officer
- Offshore / PSV experience preferred
- Valid STCW basic safety and offshore certificates
- Good English communication skills
- Fit for duty with valid medical certificate
