Join OSM Thome as Motorman / Oiler on an offshore PSV working in United Kingdom waters. You will support the engine room team in keeping all machinery running safely and efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Assist engineers with operation and maintenance of main and auxiliary engines
- Carry out routine checks, cleaning, lubrication and basic repairs
- Monitor machinery, report any faults or irregularities
- Keep engine room and equipment clean, safe and in good order
- Follow all safety procedures and take part in drills
Requirements
- Relevant Motorman / Oiler sea-going experience, preferably on PSV or offshore vessels
- Valid STCW certificates and medical fitness
- Good English communication skills
- Strong safety awareness and ability to work in a team
- Willingness to work in a busy offshore environment
