Firing Line Operator needed for Offshore fleet worldwide. Employment is with our client, a drilling and construction contractor.
Job Information
- Position: Firing Line Operator.
- Project: Offshore Fleet.
- Location: Worldwide.
- Contract status: 12 months (renewable).
- Start date: Depending on availability.
- Rotation: 112/28 days on/off or 56/28 days on/off project dependent
- Salary: Please indicate your realistic wage expectations in EUR/USD/GBP. Salary is consolidated monthly, paid only when working not when on leave.
- Overtime: Applicable.
- Working hours/ days: 12 hours per day, 7 days per week.
- Insurances: Provided by Company.
- Travel: According to Corporate Standards, Prepaid Economy class ticket at beginning, end of CNT and for each work leave rotation cycle.
- Pre employment expenses: On Company's account.
- Employment: Our client, a drilling and construction contractor.
Requirements/ Competence/ Qualifications
- Experience in operating pipe line conveyors, clamps, support pipe rollers.
- English Language skills required.
Tasks
- Operate the pipe line conveyors and transfer cars in the Double Joint prefabrication area.
- Operate the clamps for the fit up in the J lay tower assembling station.
- Operate the support pipe rollers and transfer cars in the line up stations.
- Report any equipment malfunctioning to the mechanic department.
- Ensure that the green and red light are applied according with the work phases.
- Operate the ILUC and its winches.
- Participate to the Tool box and JS A.
