- Key responsibilities:
- Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to passengers
- Handle orders, cash, and card payments accurately
- Keep bar, tables, and equipment clean and tidy
- Monitor stock levels and support bar inventory control
- Follow safety, hygiene, and company service standards
- Requirements:
- Previous bar or restaurant service experience, preferably at sea
- Good English communication skills
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude and team spirit
- Valid seafarer documents and medical fitness as per STCW
- Willingness to work shifts and live onboard
