Key responsibilities
- Serve food and drinks to passengers in dining areas and bars
- Set up, clear and clean tables and service stations
- Handle cash and card payments accurately
- Follow hygiene, health and safety procedures at all times
- Assist with stock control and re‑supplying service areas
- Provide professional, courteous service and handle passenger queries
Requirements
- Previous experience as waiter/waitress, preferably onboard ships or in busy restaurants
- Good spoken English
- Customer‑focused, polite and able to work under pressure
- Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Fit for sea service and able to work in a moving, marine environment
