Our client is Western Australia's leading precast and prestressed concrete product supplier for the state's major infrastructure and resource projects. We are seeking applications from an experienced Civil Supervisor to supervise all production activities associated with the preparation, manufacturing and delivery of precast/prestressed concrete products. The role is based at our client's facility in Cardup in Perth for a fixed 12-month contract.

Responsibilities and/or tasks:

Be accountable for the achievement of zero LTI'S

Supervise compliance with the OHS System and Policies

Supervise the daily quality standards for specified project outputs

Supervise production quality to ensure compliance with Project documents

Supervise the integrity of production moulds and other production equipment

Supervise and coordinate resources

Supervise Asset and Equipment utilisation, project setup and stores

Supervise Production Plant and Equipment and resources

Supervise Casting, Stripping and Curing and Loadout of Products

Requirements/Qualifications/Competence:

Sound Knowledge of Hand and Power tools

Good knowledge of Precast Mould construction

Good knowledge of prestressing equipment and hydraulics

Good knowledge of OHSE systems

Basic understanding of rigging and lifting of products

Good knowledge of concrete and reinforcement

Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical equipment

Good working knowledge of precast concrete production

Basic computer skills

Exposure to general welding requirements

Forklift

Dogman Ticket

1st Aid Training
