- Bachelor's Degree qualifications in Occupational Health and Safety (or similar discipline)
- Minimum of 5+ years relevant work experience within the oil and gas industry
- Experience in offshore-based HSE role;
- Understanding of offshore HSEQ requirements;
- Good working knowledge of Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment techniques;
- Ability to apply Health, Safety, Security, Environmental, and Quality management skills to meet project requirements;
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
- Excellent organizational and time management skills;
- Good interpersonal skills;
- Sound judgement;
- Ability to work autonomously;
- Ability to motivate others to achieve HSE excellence;
- Ability to work as a team and get on with others
