Qualifications and certificates:
- Basic safety for offiser. IMO 80
- Officer in charge of engineer watch COC
- Profisiency in designated security duties
- FSE low and high voltage offshore
- CA-EBS
- Seafarer book
- Passport
- Health certificate.

- Focus on safety management
- Focus on cooperation and common goal attainment
- Service-minded and with a good mood
- Good ability to work independently
