SAIL (Student Apprenticeship and Immersive Learning) is the OSM Thome Internship Program designed to provide undergraduate students with real-world experience in various departments within our Philippine organization. As an intern, you will work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to meaningful projects, and gain insights into the industry.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in internship / practicum subject
• Able to commit to a minimum of 300 hours for the internship
• Can report onsite at our office in Pedro Gil, Manila
• Enthusiastic about learning and contributing to a dynamic & global organization 
• Exceptional communicator who thrives in expressing ideas clearly
• Impactful team player who contributes fresh perspectives and actively supports group success

2. Online Assessments: Upon submitting your application, keep an eye out for an email from us containing a link to complete an online assessment. 
3. Interviews: Shortlisted candidates will be invited to go through interviews with the HR team and hiring managers.
4. Offer: Selected students will receive an email from us informing you of your acceptance!
