**Description**
OSM Thome is looking for an experienced Electro Technical Officer (ETO) to serve on board a Norway (NIS) flagged Product Tanker, trading worldwide. The ETO will be responsible for the safe, reliable and efficient operation and maintenance of all electrical and electronic systems on board.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Operate, monitor and maintain all electrical and electronic equipment, including power generation and distribution systems
- Maintain and troubleshoot automation, instrumentation and control systems
- Ensure proper functioning of communication and navigation equipment
- Carry out planned maintenance, repairs and fault-finding on electrical/electronic systems
- Keep accurate records of maintenance, inspections and repairs
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with safety regulations, company procedures and flag state requirements
- Cooperate with the engine and deck departments to support safe and efficient tanker operations

**Requirements**
- Valid Electro Technical Officer (ETO) Certificate of Competency (CoC) meeting STCW requirements
- Valid STCW Basic Safety Training
- Relevant seagoing experience as ETO, preferably on tanker vessels
- Good knowledge of marine electrical, electronic, automation and control systems
- Ability to read and work from electrical drawings and manuals
- Good command of English, spoken and written
- Willingness and ability to join the vessel in Paranagua and work worldwide on a Norway (NIS) flagged Product Tanker
