Key Responsibilities and Roles:

• Collaborate with Data Architects and Engineers to develop comprehensive enterprise data models. Define data structures, relationships, and hierarchies to enable effective data storage and retrieval.
• Map source system data elements to data warehouse structures with clear transformation rules. Ensure data integration processes deliver consistent and accurate results.
• Examine existing data sources to assess quality and integration needs. Identify inconsistencies, gaps, and redundancies to support the design of robust data warehouse solutions.
• Maintain detailed documentation, including business requirements, data dictionaries, and data mappings. Ensure all documentation facilitates understanding and transparency throughout the development cycle.
• Bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure mutual understanding. Provide updates, collect feedback, and address concerns throughout project timelines.

Required Competencies:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, or an equivalent field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Technical Business Analyst or similar role.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate data and transform complex business processes into clear technical specifications.
• Proficiency in data analysis techniques, with experience in data integration and transformation.
• Solid understanding of data modeling and data warehousing principles.
