Requirements:

  • Proven experience in high-volume pastry production
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Culinary degree or equivalent certification in pastry arts
  • Experience working on cruise ships is a plus
  • Flexibility to work worldwide and adapt to diverse team environments
