Requirements/Qualifications/Competence:

• Hold a valid Chief Engineer licence - CoC III/2.
• Previous experience as a maintenance superintendent or in a similar role offshore.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with FPSO operations.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Relevant technical qualifications and certifications.
• Proficiency in English.

Tasks:

• Oversee all maintenance activities onboard the FPSO.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules and planning.
• Lead maintenance personnel and promote a productive work culture.
• Liaise with onshore management and other departments.
