What we are looking for:

A dynamic and proactive Training Manager to lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of training programs for maritime professionals. 

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor the Learning & Development (L&D) team, driving course creation and delivery based on customer needs, regulatory changes, and industry trends.

Oversee the recruitment, assessment, and onboarding of high-quality instructors to maintain training excellence.

Manage the execution of training programs through classroom, online, and blended learning methods, ensuring seamless course coordination with support teams.

Administer the regional Cadet Program, supporting career progression and compliance for seafarers.

Maintain training quality and effectiveness by conducting in-house course reviews and implementing feedback-driven improvements.

Control budgets, set strategic goals, and ensure training programs are delivered efficiently and on time.

Who are we looking for:

Experience as Master or Chief Engineer.

Exposure to maritime training industry.

Skilled in designing, developing, and delivering training programs.

Certified in Instructor's Course and Assessor Course.

Process improvement mindset.

Experience with budget preparation.

Auditing skills (preferred).

Ability to promote innovative learning approaches.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present with credibility and authority.
