Information about the job: 

• Job Title: Scaffolding Foreman
• Project: Various Offshore 
• Location: Worldwide
• Duration: 12 months (renewable)
• Rotation: Two rotation schemes on offer: 56/28 (working/on leave) or 165/30 (working/on leave) depending on the project location.
• Salary: Please state your realistic expectations when applying. This will be discussed with the right candidate. Consolidated monthly paid while working only.
• Start date: ASAP
• Insurance: Provided by the company

Requirements/Qualifications/Competence:

• Previous experience in offshore environments, particularly within the oil and gas industry.
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols, including emergency response procedures on offshore installations.
• Leadership and management capabilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in challenging conditions while maintaining high safety standards.
• Experience in scaffolding, particularly in offshore environments.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols.
• Certification in scaffolding is preferred.
• Willingness to work internationally and travel frequently.

Tasks:

• Supervise and coordinate scaffolding activities
• Ensure safety regulations are strictly adhered to
• Manage and mentor scaffolders, ensuring efficient work practices
• Ensure all scaffolding activities are carried out in compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate effectively with other work teams to prevent hazards and maintain a safe work environment.
• Adapt to changing site conditions and prioritize safety while executing tasks.
• Erect and dismantle scaffolding structures safely.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintain scaffold integrity.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project requirements.
