Position Summary:

You’ll manage pre-voyage table assignments, coordinate Celebrity Select Dining, and greet guests with poise, professionalism, and warmth. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for exceptional guest service.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage dining room table assignments prior to each voyage
  • Greet guests and ensure a smooth seating process
  • Maintain accurate records of special occasions and meal requests
  • Communicate effectively with wait staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences
  • Exhibit knowledge of service standards, wine, and basic hospitality operations
  • Uphold the highest standards of brand representation, guest satisfaction, and teamwork


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in hospitality (luxury hotel, cruise, or upscale dining preferred)
  • Previous hosting or public relations experience in a high-end setting
  • Fluent in English and at least one additional language (Italian, Spanish, French, or German)
  • Strong computer and typing skills (Excel, Word, and reservation systems)
  • Exceptional customer service, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
  • Able to work under pressure and without supervision.


Physical & Language Requirements:

  • Must be able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and participate in ship safety drills
  • Full visual, verbal, and hearing abilities required
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) essential.
