Join our team as an E/R Technician onboard an FPSO operating in Brazil! Key Responsibilities:Ensure the continuous and efficient operation of auxiliary engines and assigned equipment.Maintain and update logs and records related to maintenance, operations, and working hours.Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on systems such as emergency fire pumps, emergency generators, and fuel oil purifiers.Promote and adhere to onboard safety practices by wearing the correct Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and following company safety procedures.Support cargo and oil transfer (bunkering) operations as instructed by the Chief Engineer.Comply with environmental procedures to prevent marine pollution and manage waste correctly.Participate in safety meetings, training sessions, and crew familiarization programs.Act according to the Emergency Response Plan during emergency situations.Requirements:Previous experience as an E/R Technician or similar onboard an FPSO plataform.Knowledge of engine room operations, maintenance planning, and safety procedures.Familiarity with International Safety Management (ISM) Code and ISPS procedures.Strong understanding of emergency preparedness and contingency planning.Ability to maintain safety, pollution prevention, and machinery operation standards.Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with the engine department team.Certification and training as required by international maritime regulations (STCW and others).Brazilian citizenship.
