• Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the maintenance and operation of engine room equipment.
  • Support senior engineers in daily routines and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure safety protocols and procedures are strictly followed.
• Requirements:
  • Certificates in accordance with STCW
  • Water and Steam boiler experience
  • Main Engine Wartsila, MAK, MAN 4-stroke engine and MAK MC 2-stroke engine
  • Auxiliary engine, 4 -stroke experience
  • Purifier knowledge
  • Experience with various pumps
  • General knowledge to automation and electronics
  • General engine troubleshooting knowledge
  • LNG fuel experience of at least willing to learn LNG fuel systems
  • An advantage if you have been onboard smaller vessels and in North Europe trade
  • Curious and willing to learn new things, and to claim the career ladder
