OSM Thome Recruitment is seeking a dynamic and experienced Casino Manager on behalf of Royal Caribbean Group. This leadership role is responsible for managing the overall gaming experience, supervising all casino staff, ensuring full compliance with regulations, and creating a vibrant, profitable, and secure entertainment venue for our guests.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Direct all aspects of onboard casino operations, creating a fun and engaging environment that attracts and retains guests.
• Supervise and evaluate all casino personnel and processes, including games, slots, cashiering, and special events.
• Maintain high floor presence to ensure gaming integrity, service quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, and revenue generation through promotions, marketing, and operational excellence.
• Ensure all transactions and cash handling follow company and regulatory policies.
• Collaborate with other shipboard departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
• Ensure VIP guests and high-rollers are enrolled and engaged in Club Royale loyalty program.
• Lead training, mentoring, and performance management for all casino team members.
• Coordinate with shipboard management to align casino goals with overall cruise operations.
• Resolve guest service concerns efficiently and professionally, aiming to exceed expectations.
• Maintain equipment, manage supplies, and ensure all casino activities comply with safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications and competence:

• 2–5 years of progressive management experience in a casino environment (cruise lines, resorts, or hotels).
• Certified completion of a Gaming Board/Commission-approved dealer school.
• Proven financial acumen with experience managing casino budgets, cost efficiency strategies, and promotional campaigns.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage international teams with professionalism and accountability.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and casino management systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or a related field (preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
  
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Additional languages (Spanish, French, German, etc.) are a plus.
