Requirements/Qualifications/Competence:

• Compulsory: 8+ years offshore construction, specifically as a hook‑up superintendent.
• Extensive senior-level experience in offshore hook-up operations.
• Hands‑on familiarity with site operations, including job cards, permitting, and marine barge coordination.
• Strong communicator—able to interface with engineers, planners, and clients daily.
• PTW, BOSIET/H2S certifications and quality assurance experience.
• Experience organizing tools, materials, and vendor activities to meet project needs.
• Proficiency in English.

Tasks:

• Oversee scheduling and on‑site progress of hook‑up activities to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate with planning analysts to monitor progress, identify delays, and prepare inspection forecasts.
• Collaborate with engineering to resolve technical issues, propose alternatives, and raise queries efficiently.
• Supervise both subcontractor and in‑house crews, managing real‑time resource allocation.
• Partner with commissioning leads to schedule vendor/specialist visits and readiness.
• Maintain up‑to‑date technical and administrative documentation.
• Enforce safe work practices, environmental protection, and compliance with permit-to-work systems.
• Manage marine spread logistics to align with hook‑up demands.
  
  
At the yard:
• Contribute to job-card preparation and detailed execution planning.
• Ensure timely provisioning of tools, equipment, and consumables.
• Assist in material management and carry-over reporting during coordination meetings.
