• Assist the Chief Engineer in maintaining and operating all engine room machinery and equipment.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the engine room crew.
• Ensure compliance with international safety and environmental standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of machinery to prevent mechanical failures.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the vessel.

• Minimum of 18 months of experience as 3rd Engineer on similar vessels.
• Valid 2nd Engineer License (STCW III/2).
• Strong understanding of marine engineering systems and safety protocols.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability at sea.
