RESPONSIBILITIES
• Collaborate with managers to align L&D initiatives with business objectives and employee growth plans.
• Responsible for Implementing and Coordinating Inhouse and external trainings of seafarers, in compliance with training matrix
• Manage external training partnerships, learning providers and internal stakeholder.
• Assist in complete cadet lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, sea-time, and COC preparation.

DUTIES
• Plan periodic training calendars based on the training requirement as per training matrix.
• Plan, Schedule, and coordinate training sessions, and events across various formats (Inperson, virtual, hybrid)
• Liaise with trainers to ensure smooth delivery of training
• Gather trainer feedback on participant performance and integrate insights into development plans.
• Closely coordinate with cross functional team to align training and cadet related matters with operational and functional requirement
• Monitor cadet status and progress toward future requirements.
• Support internal and external stakeholders as per business requirement
• Any other tasks and duties to support team functions and directed by team lead.

• To act within the scope of his/her functions and responsibilities to ensure smooth operations, continuous improvement, as directed by Training Manager
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant work experience are welcome to apply.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Highly motivated, adaptable and quality deliver individual along with good communication skill and interpersonal skills- able to closely work across different cultures.
• This is a contractual position for a duration of 9 months.
