Assist all Future Leaders Program cadet related activities to ensure all documentary and training requirements are successfully met.
Responsible for handling inquiries of managed Cadets enrolled in the Future Leaders Program.
Follow-up the activities of the cadets based on the cadet program in the Quality Management system. This include pre joining requirements of Cadets such as but not limited to course request, pre–employment medical examination (PEME) for shipboard, ensuring flight and other transportation reimbursements are filed accordingly by Cadets and Junior Officers in relation to shipboard training phase.
Assist in maintaining the program documentation of the different nationalities under the cadetship program being followed including but not limited to flow charts of career paths from recruitment to COC examinations, sea service requirements, short course requirements and time graphs.
Assist and facilitate the endorsement of candidates for assessment to next higher rank under FLP and CEP program (as applicable).
Verify the accuracy of all documentary requirements encoded and uploaded for both the Future Leaders Program and the Catering Education Program such as but not limited to: Curriculum Vitae / Resume, CES results, Marlins test results and PI/LI.
Scan and upload documents related to Cadets under the FLP and pre-shipboard training documents under the CEP to crew system database.
Assist in updating the status of cadets under the Future Leaders Program (FLP) and catering trainees under the Catering Education Program (CEP) in crew system database.
Collaborate with Training Coordinators to arrange all required Future Leaders Program Junior Officer training, such as Enhancement Training and Promotional Interview, in consideration of the participants’ availability.
Keep the Future Leaders Program tracker updated promptly and accurately.
Perform other tasks as delegated by your Direct Manager.
Required Competencies:
Experience in Crew Manning Services is preferred but a learning attitude and willingness to be trained is essential.
Qualification: graduate of any four-year bachelor’s degree.
