Terms and Conditions:

• Job title: Storekeeper.
• Project: Various Offshore Projects.
• Location: Worldwide.
• Rotation: 165/30 days on/off or 56/28 days on/off.
• Start date: ASAP.
• Salary: Please confirm your realistic expectations when applying. This will be discussed with the right candidate. Consolidated monthly salary per month of work will be offered.
• Insurances: Provided by the Company.

Requirements/Qualifications/Competence:

• At least 5 years of offshore experience in the warehouses.
• Knowledge of safe handling and storage standards for technical or industrial materials.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.

Tasks:

• Process incoming material requests and ensure they meet internal approval criteria
• Inspect and record the receipt of goods, identifying damage or quantity mismatches.
• Maintain orderly storage systems and monitor conditions for preservation of materials.
• Load and unload equipment and supplies for internal use or external dispatch.
• Execute regular cycle counts and participate in full inventory audits.
• Track and report items in transit, including delays or supply chain disruptions.
• Prepare outgoing shipments with correct packaging, labels, and paperwork.
• Provide regular updates on material status to site leaders and HQ logistics teams.
• Help standardize warehouse item classifications and equipment codes.
• Comply with all assigned safety-critical tasks, especially in offshore contexts.
