- Job Title: Quality Control Coordinator.
- Project: Offshore Vessel.
- Location: Worldwide.
- Contract duration: 12 months (renewable).
- Rotation: 35/35 days on/off .
- Salary: Please confirm your realistic expectations when applying. This will be discussed with the right candidate. Consolidated monthly salary per month of work will be offered.
- Start date: ASAP.
- Insurance: Provided by the Company.
Requirements/Qualifications/Competence:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Coordinator of a team of Inspectors.
- Experience on Offshore Heavy Lifting vessel and Pipeline Vessel.
- Offshore Experience between 10 and 15 years.
- CSWIP 3.1 or IWI S.
- Magnetic Particle Test (MT) ISO 9712 LEVEL 2 or PCN Level 2.
- Preferable Magnetic Particle Test (MT) ISO 9712 LEVEL 2 or PCN Level 2.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
Tasks:
- Establish project quality controls aligned with company standards.
- Review and validate quality control plans and inspection procedures.
- Ensure vessel operations comply with project quality requirements.
- Identify and report missing or non-compliant inspection tools onboard.
- Approve testing methods and inspection equipment to be used by work teams.
- Perform equipment inventory before vessel demobilization; flag issues.
- Monitor material storage, traceability, and certification compliance.
- Review and support updates to quality procedures, including specialised tasks.
- Oversee proper handling and labeling of incoming materials and equipment.
- Manage test and inspection notifications throughout project lifecycle.
- Review and organise inspection records for accuracy and traceability.
- Confirm contractors complete required inspections and testing.
- Ensure proper use of project quality management tools.
- Support communication between project team, client, and third parties.
