• Monitor and enforce all safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular safety drills and training exercises for the crew.
• Identify and report any potential hazards on the vessel.

• Previous experience as a Safety Officer on offshore vessels.
• Hold all relevant safety certifications and qualifications.
• Strong knowledge of maritime safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
