Terms and Conditions:
- Job title: HSE Supervisor.
- Project: Various Offshore Vessels.
- Location: Worldwide (currently in Angola).
- Rotation: 35/35 days on/off.
- Duration: 12 months (renewable).
- Start date: ASAP (Approximately from week 42 2025).
- Salary: Please confirm your realistic expectations when applying. This will be discussed with the right candidate. Consolidated monthly salary per month of work will be offered.
- Insurances: Provided by the Company.
Requirements/Qualifications/Competence:
- English B2 Language skills required, Portuguese B2 Language skills required.
- Minimum 5 years in offshore production plants (upstream) experience.
- Ability to interpret and implement safety procedures in a complex operational environment.
- Familiarity with risk evaluation tools, including Job Safety Analysis and hazard assessments.
- Skilled in incident reporting, root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions.
- Experience in delivering safety-related training and toolbox talks.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
Tasks:
- Serve as the primary safety point of contact onboard assigned vessels, rigs, or operational sites.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to company HSE protocols and external regulatory standards.
- Advise vessel leadership and teams on the practical application of safety policies.
- Promote awareness and compliance with Life Saving Rules among all crew members.
- Coordinate with internal safety teams and project staff to ensure alignment with safety goals.
- Lead or assist in job safety analysis and onboard risk evaluations.
- Support risk mitigation planning and execution during operational tasks.
- Organize and deliver safety briefings, inductions, and targeted training sessions.
- Participate in investigations following incidents or safety breaches.
- Supervise and guide onboard HSE personnel to ensure consistency in safety practices.
- Maintain accurate records of safety performance and track the closure of corrective actions.
