Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the navigation and operation of the vessel
- Manage safety protocols and ensure compliance with maritime regulations
- Coordinate with other officers and crew for efficient vessel operations
- Oversee cargo operations and ensure secure stowage
- Participate in safety drills and emergency response procedures

Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience as a 2nd Officer on construction vessels
- Valid maritime certifications and endorsements
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging offshore environment
- Proficiency in English
