Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and prepare daily meals for crew and officers.
  • Ensure food quality and presentation meet high standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the galley.
  • Manage food inventory and order supplies as needed.
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a cook, preferably onboard vessels.
  • Knowledge of diverse culinary techniques and cuisines.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a kitchen.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Fluent in English communication..
