OSM Thome Recruitment is seeking an enthusiastic and service-oriented Assistant Casino Host (CAHA) to join Royal Caribbean's Casino Marketing & VIP Services team onboard. This entry-level role supports the Casino Host in delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving engagement with casino programs, rewards, promotions, and special events. The Assistant Casino Host plays an important part in enhancing guest satisfaction, loyalty, and revenue through professional service and a fun, welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Provide support to the Casino Host in all aspects of casino marketing and VIP services.
• Create and maintain an exciting and engaging environment for casino guests.
• Recruit and enroll players into the Club Royale Rewards Program.
• Support casino tournaments, promotions, special events, and groups.
• Assist at the VIP services desk and on the casino floor to maximize guest interaction.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of marketing materials, signage, and announcements.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting in line with company standards.
• Prepare and process player rewards, complimentary items, and redemption activities.
• Step up and perform the full duties of the Casino Host when required.

Qualifications and competence:

• 2High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of sales and/or front-line customer service experience required. Casino or hospitality experience is an advantage.
• Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office, reporting systems).
• Positive, outgoing, and guest-service driven personality.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including public speaking ability.
• Professional appearance and demeanor; trustworthy and dependable.
• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); multilingual is a plus.
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures and a smoke-filled environment.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift/move up to 50 lbs.
• Physically able to participate in emergency drills and safety procedures.
