  • Rotation: 28/28 days on/off.

Requirements/Qualifications/Competence:

  • Proven background in managing plant commissioning, start-up, and operational readiness
  • Strong understanding of engineering documentation and technical reviews.
  • Experience developing and implementing commissioning execution plans.
  • Familiarity with vendor and subcontractor coordination for commissioning activities.
  • Knowledge of HSE standards and ability to integrate safety into project execution.
  • Ability to contribute to project scheduling, cost control, and resource planning.
  • Skilled in preparing technical evaluations, requisitions, and review of operating manuals.
  • Working knowledge of relevant international codes, standards, and regulations (e.g., IMO, SOLAS, ISPS, MARPOL, classification society requirements).
  • Experience participating in HAZOP or similar safety reviews.
  • Competence in reviewing 3D models for operability and accessibility.
  • Proficiency in English.


Tasks:

  • Review project contracts to identify commissioning and operational obligations.
  • Confirm that commissioning and start-up needs are reflected in engineering documentation.
  • Prepare and maintain execution strategies for commissioning, start-up, test runs, and training.
  • Oversee the creation and validation of operating manuals, test procedures, and handover documentation.
  • Define vendor and licensor involvement, schedules, and deliverables for commissioning phases.
  • Collaborate with procurement teams to outline subcontractor scopes and technical requirements.
  • Develop integrated commissioning schedules and define temporary logistics needs.
  • Monitor tools, methods, and resources required to achieve commissioning objectives.
  • Attend project reviews to ensure compliance with commissioning requirements.
  • Support preparation and validation of HSE documentation for commissioning and start-up.
  • Participate in safety review meetings when required.
  • Review 3D design models to validate operability and commissioning accessibility.
  • Identify commissioning systems, priorities, spare parts, and consumables.
  • Track and confirm key performance indicators during office-based activities.
  • Provide operational support to ensure compliance with national and international maritime laws.
