• Rotation: 28/28 days on/off.

Requirements/Qualifications/Competence:

• Proven experience managing plant or industrial project handovers.
• Strong understanding of process and utility systems within construction projects.
• Ability to coordinate multiple teams, subcontractors, and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and environmental compliance.
• Skilled in planning, organizing, and monitoring field activities.
• Competence in tracking project progress and quality standards.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills for cross-department coordination.
• Proficiency in English.

Tasks:

• Ensure safe work practices and environmental compliance on-site.
• Oversee project quality and adherence to contractual commitments.
• Implement tools to monitor construction and pre-commissioning progress.
• Direct and supervise field operations according to commissioning priorities.
• Organize inspections with clients and internal teams to confirm system readiness.
• Lead coordination meetings to optimize completion or identify alternative solutions.
• Manage and track completion punch lists, addressing all identified items.
• Prepare and compile required documentation for system handover and approval.
