  • Rotation: 28/28 days on/off.

Requirements/Qualifications/Competence:

  • Proven experience in electrical commissioning, start-up, and maintenance operations.
  • Strong understanding of safety regulations, local legislation, and international standards.
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team, enhancing technical skills and individual performance.
  • Experience supervising subcontractors and internal teams in a technical environment.
  • Competency in identifying gaps in team skills and implementing corrective measures.
  • Familiarity with preventive and corrective maintenance planning.
  • Strong coordination skills with multiple stakeholders, including vendors and process teams.
  • Proficient in reporting, documentation, and using maintenance management systems (CMMS).
  • Committed to promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in English.


Tasks:

  • Oversee electrical activities ensuring adherence to safety standards
  • Conduct safety inspections, report incidents, and assist in investigations.
  • Approve and monitor work permits during operational shifts.
  • Identify hazards, report risks, and implement preventative measures.
  • Supervise pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up procedures.
  • Collaborate with vendors and specialists to complete tasks.
  • Coordinate electrical operations with other plant areas.
  • Plan and supervise routine and corrective maintenance tasks.
  • Coordinate contractor personnel for smooth service execution.
  • Prepare and submit maintenance reports with accurate technical documentation.
  • Verify and validate work history and technical records in maintenance systems.
  • Monitor progress of maintenance work and resolve operational challenges.
  • Review and improve operating and maintenance procedures.
  • Propose solutions to prevent maintenance backlogs.
  • Organize work schedules and rotation for team members.
  • Identify training needs and request necessary programs.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and competency assessments.
  • Monitor and evaluate work practices for safety compliance.
