Requirements/Qualifications/Competence:
- Strong knowledge of instrumentation and control systems commissioning, operation, and maintenance.
- Demonstrated leadership in promoting safety and enforcing HSE standards.
- Ability to supervise, mentor, and assess technical teams.
- Experience coordinating maintenance planning, execution, and reporting.
- Familiarity with CMMS systems and data integrity practices.
- Competence in hazard identification and risk management.
- Background in preventive and corrective maintenance planning.
- Understanding of cyber security standards relevant to industrial systems.
- Skilled in coordinating contractors and multidisciplinary teams.
- Proven ability to support workforce development and training needs.
- Proficiency in English.
Tasks:
- Oversee safe commissioning and start-up of control systems in line with safety and regulatory requirements.
- Verify safety measures and participate in permit-to-work processes.
- Conduct inspections and testing of systems, documenting results accurately.
- Plan and supervise both routine and corrective maintenance operations.
- Ensure proper logistics, spare parts movement, and maintenance records are managed.
- Lead coordination meetings and provide progress updates on maintenance activities.
- Suggest improvements to maintenance practices and procedures.
- Anticipate operational issues, proposing corrective actions before they impact plant performance.
- Act as the focal point for cyber security compliance within assigned scope.
- Manage team schedules, performance assessments, and competence development.
- Identify training gaps and support staff development initiatives.
- Enforce safety culture through active monitoring, coaching, and corrective actions when needed.
