Information about the job: 

• Job Title: Installation Aids Lead.
• Project: Offshore.
• Location: Nigeria.
• Rotation: 90/21 days on/off.
• Salary: 8k per month (can be negotiated further depending on candidates past experience).

Requirements/Qualifications/Competence:

• Experience as a Deep Water Installation method lead.
• Strong background in deepwater activities (e.g., J-lay, umbilical deployment, flowline and cable installation).
• Practical knowledge of barge transport and heavy-lift crane operations.
• Ability to collaborate with engineers, draftsmen, and management teams.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Skilled in identifying and implementing efficient installation methods.

Tasks:

• Lead and supervise methods engineering activities to ensure compliance with project standards.
• Support cross-functional teams by recommending and implementing effective construction and installation practices.
• Participate in and coordinate design and technical reviews to determine optimal installation strategies.
• Ensure safe, accurate, and efficient execution of loadout, transportation, and offshore installation activities.
