Terms and Conditions:

• Job title: HSE Supervisor.
• Project: Various Offshore Vessels.
• Location: Worldwide.
• Rotation: 35/35 days on/off.
• Duration: 12 months (renewable).
• Start date: ASAP.
• Salary: Please confirm your realistic expectations when applying. This will be discussed with the right candidate. Consolidated monthly salary per month of work will be offered.
• Insurances: Provided by the Company.

Requirements/Qualifications/Competence:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in O&G offshore as HSE.
• Hold a valid Bosiet Certificate.
• Solid understanding of local regulations, international standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001), and client-specific HSE requirements.
• Ability to interpret and implement HSE policies and procedures effectively.
• Strong skills in risk assessment, hazard identification, and incident investigation.
• Experience in delivering HSE training and leading safety briefings.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to coordinate across multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in monitoring, reporting, and tracking HSE performance metrics.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.

Tasks:

• Provide HSE guidance to vessel/site teams and support compliance with relevant standards.
• Advise management and crew on the implementation of safety procedures and Life Saving Rules.
• Collaborate with project teams and external HSE/QHSE functions to maintain safe operations.
• Assist in risk assessments, job safety analyses, and implementation of risk control measures.
• Deliver HSE-related training sessions to staff and contractors.
• Participate in investigations of accidents, incidents, or near misses, providing actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate HSE officer activities and ensure accurate reporting of safety data.
• Monitor corrective actions and support continuous improvement of the HSE management system.
