Terms and Conditions:

• Job title: HSE Engineer.
• Project: Various Offshore Vessels.
• Location: Worldwide.
• Rotation: 35/35 days on/off.
• Duration: 12 months (renewable).
• Start date: ASAP.
• Salary: Please confirm your realistic expectations when applying. This will be discussed with the right candidate. Consolidated monthly salary per month of work will be offered.

Requirements/Qualifications/Competence:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in O&G offshore as HSE.
• Hold a valid Bosiet Certificate.
• Experience applying HSE systems within vessel or offshore operations.
• Ability to guide teams on risk assessment, incident prevention, and safety management processes.
• Strong communication skills for liaising with crews, management, and external stakeholders.
• Competence in conducting investigations, audits, and delivering HSE training.
• Proven leadership skills to coordinate onboard HSE personnel.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.

Tasks:

• Support the ongoing development and improvement of the vessel’s HSE Management System across all operational phases.
• Ensure vessel operations comply with company safety standards, client requirements, and relevant legislation.
• Advise vessel leadership and crew on applying HSE procedures and best practices.
• Promote and oversee compliance with Life Saving Rules on board.
• Provide safety training to crew members and management teams.
• Lead or assist in accident and incident investigations, ensuring lessons learned are applied.
• Monitor and verify accurate reporting of HSE data and follow-up on corrective measures.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of onboard HSE staff.
