Terms and Conditions:
- Job title: HSE Officer.
- Project: Various Offshore Vessels.
- Location: Worldwide.
- Rotation: 90/30 days on/off or 56/28 days on/off.
- Duration: 12 months (renewable).
- Start date: ASAP.
- Salary: Please confirm your realistic expectations when applying. This will be discussed with the right candidate. Consolidated monthly salary per month of work will be offered.
- Insurances: Provided by the Company.
Requirements/Qualifications/Competence:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in O&G offshore as HSE.
- Hold a valid Bosiet Certificate.
- Strong knowledge of workplace safety regulations, risk assessments, and incident reporting.
- Ability to deliver safety training and communicate effectively across all workforce levels.
- Experience coordinating with subcontractors and monitoring compliance on site.
- Skilled in accident/incident investigation and recommending corrective measures.
- Familiarity with environmental oversight and hazardous materials handling.
- Competence in preparing performance metrics and safety documentation.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
Tasks:
- Apply and oversee HSE standards and procedures during daily site operations.
- Serve as the main point of contact for HSE matters, escalating issues when needed.
- Conduct on-site inspections and audits to verify compliance.
- Provide inductions and refresher safety training for employees and contractors.
- Keep site-specific HSE procedures current and relevant to ongoing activities.
- Distribute safety guidance, alerts, and updates across the workforce.
- Track and report safety performance in line with company guidelines.
- Review and inspect subcontractor operations for safety alignment.
- Verify safe and compliant use of tools, machinery, and equipment.
