• Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Chief Engineer in the daily operations and maintenance of the engine room.
  • Maintain and repair machinery and equipment on board.
  • Monitor and ensure the safe operation of engine systems.
  • Supervise and guide junior engineering staff.
• Requirements:
  • Valid STCW certification for 2nd Engineer.
  • Experience on oil/chemical tankers.
  • Comprehensive understanding of tanker operations and safety protocols.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
