Information about the job:

• Job Title: Painting Insulation Refractory Supervisor.
• Project: Various Offshore Vessels.
• Location: Worldwide (Currently in Romania).
• Contract duration: 12 months (renewable).
• Rotation: 90/30 days on/off or 56/28 days on/off.
• Salary: Please confirm your realistic expectations when applying. This will be discussed with the right candidate. Consolidated monthly.
• Start date: ASAP.
• Insurance: Provided by the Company.

Requirements/Qualifications/Competence:

• Experience in the position of Painting Insulation Refractory Supervisor.
• B1 English level.
• Prior experience supervising painting, insulation, and refractory works in industrial or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of project specifications, quality standards, and contractual compliance.
• Familiarity with HSE practices and ability to promote safe work environments.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and provide guidance to teams/subcontractors.
• Skilled in planning, resource coordination, and progress tracking.
• Experience with punch list management and mechanical completion activities is an advantage.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Tasks:

• Promote safe work practices and enforce environmental protection measures.
• Check works against specifications and report any discrepancies.
• Prepare detailed activity programs and organize work areas for efficiency.
• Guide teams in interpreting drawings and resolving technical challenges.
• Monitor installation quantities and report weekly progress data.
• Conduct walkthroughs, classify punch list items, and assign owners.
• Track punch list status (open/closed/forecast) and negotiate classifications with the client.
• Confirm corrective actions are implemented and secure final sign-offs.
• Archive punch list records for traceability.
