Job Mission
Provide support to the Commercial Department in prospecting and analyzing new business opportunities, contributing to the growth and positioning of OSM Brazil in the maritime and offshore market. Act both analytically and operationally, focusing on data, reports, and the development of commercial proposals.
Main Responsibilities
Support the prospecting of new clients and business opportunities;
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify trends and new entrants;
Update and maintain commercial performance dashboards and reports in Excel and Power BI;
Prepare and review commercial proposals, budgets, and contract drafts;
Support the preparation of presentations and marketing materials;
Monitor key indicators such as revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction;
Track opportunities in public and private tenders;
Assist in managing the client portfolio, contacts, and follow-ups;
Ensure proper organization and updating of commercial records and documents.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Administration, Logistics, International Trade, or related fields;
Advanced English (reading and communication);
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and knowledge of Power BI;
Analytical profile with an interest in data and business development;
Strong organizational skills, communication, and willingness to learn.
